Both of the Blues stars were pictured putting in the final touches before they jet off to Porto this weekend.
There were fears over Mendy and Kante’s fitness going into Saturday’s show piece event.
Kante missed the final Premier League game against Aston Villa because of a minor hamstring strain.
Mendy was forced off at halftime during the Villa defeat after colliding with the post and damaging his ribs.
Thankfully for Chelsea, the duo has seemingly overcome their respective problems and look ready to face Manchester City in just over two days’ time.
This was music to the ears of many Blues fans, who felt a lot more confident entering into the European finale.
Here’s how they reacted on Twitter:

Of course, no player ever wants to miss out on such a grand occasion like the Champions League centre-piece fixture.
However, if Chelsea could choose to preserve two of their own, Mendy and Kante would probably be high on the list.
Thomas Tuchel has the luxury of a deep and strong squad, with decent back-up options for each position.
But every Blues follower would feel far more comfortable with Mendy in goal and Kante roaming the midfield.
They’ve both been pivotal throughout the competition; it would only feel right if they were able to top it off with a shot at the trophy.
